The pharmaceutical industry discovers, develops, produces, and markets drugs or pharmaceuticals for use as medications. Pharmaceutical companies may deal in generic or brand medications and medical devices. They are subject to a variety of laws and regulations that govern the patenting, testing, safety, efficacy and marketing of drugs.

Hiring process of Pharma Industry:-

1.  Planning:-

Structure:-

·       Need to understand the responsibility areas of the position which we are going to hire a candidate.

·       Need to understand job description, opportunities, salary etc.

Focus:-

·       Recruiters need to focus on the quality of candidates and sourcing.

Prepare:-

·       Recruiter need to prepare the sourcing of mix.

2.  Implementation:-

Contact:-

·       Recruiter need to source up the profiles which are matching up the requirements.

·       Initial screening done by him or her

·       Another screening of the profiles by him or her.

Evaluate:-

·       Preliminary interviews are done through telecom and video conference for finding suitable candidate 

·       Background verification can be done on the joining of the candidate or after joining.

3. Closure :-

·       After the evaluation, the technical team and HR to decide candidate selection.

·       Recruiter need to prepare that what he can offer to the candidate.

·       HR will decide on the CTC to be offered.

·       Candidate will reply back in 24 hrs.
