I am stuck in a role, which I hate. What to do?

Happiness is everyone’s first quest, both in personal and professional life. There comes a time in life when you are oozing with words like “I hate my job”, “I don’t want to go to the office” and start getting upset about the arrival of Mondays on Sunday evenings. Do you feel restless all the time and find yourself stuck in a job? Then, take our words "You need to create a major change in your life.” The worst thing you can do is allowing yourself to die inside every day, accept the uncertainty and take stand for your career. You will not be able to find where to begin but take a leap of faith.

 

1.      If you are thinking about to change your job role, then you will have to think differently.

2.      You have to see the fundamentals of your current job and check how you can find your desired job.

3.      Craft a new visual plan and try to change the statements from “What if’s” to “Why not be”.

4.      Don’t take too much stress. Researchers at Emory University have shown that holding on to stress contributes to high blood pressure and heart disease.

5.      There are millions of job opportunities out there.

6.      Try to learn new skills everyday. On the other side of the coin, start a new side project or start learning new skills like playing guitar, cooking or blogging.  It will help you to remain engaged and keep you rejuvenated.

7.      Get connected with the top recruitment companies in India, which can help to get the job, which will help you to use your full potential. 

8.      Don't be afraid of a lot of rejection, each one of us is blessed with various qualities.

9.      Also, try Social Media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to find a new job. Talk to recruiters on these platforms.

If you want to grow professionally then strive to be different. Learning and development are the constant processes. You should know your mission and what you want to do in your career field. If there is something, which is bothering you, then seek career advice of family members and friends.

When you will start working with awesome and like-minded professionals, then you will feel tremendous changes occurring in your career. Stay away from people who say that changing your job can lead you to a big risk. You will receive dozens of comments; it is better to cut them loose. The risk will surely pay you off.
